Who we are

Aloha Mitts ("we", "us") is a custom baseball glove company based in Hawaiʻi, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use alohamitts.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact and shipping details — name, email, phone, shipping address, and (for team orders) an optional organization name, collected when you place an order or special-order request.
• Order and design data — your glove configurations, order history, and any logo images you upload for custom embroidery.
• Account data — email and a securely hashed password if you create an account, plus loyalty points and saved addresses.
• Payment data — payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number; we keep only the payment status, card brand, last four digits, and billing address the processor provides for order records.

How we use it

• To build, fulfill, ship, and support your orders.
• To send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates, receipts) via our email delivery provider.
• To share glove specifications (including uploaded logos) with our manufacturing partner solely for producing your glove.
• To operate accounts, loyalty rewards, and fraud/abuse prevention.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in. Cart contents are stored in your own browser (localStorage). We set no advertising or analytics cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the shop:

• Our payment processor — payment processing.
• Our email provider — transactional email delivery.
• Our hosting and database providers — hosting and data storage.
• Our manufacturer — glove specifications needed to produce your order.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention & your choices

We keep order records as required for accounting and warranty support. You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account and personal information by emailing orders@alohamitts.com. We will honor deletion requests except where records must be retained by law (e.g. completed payment records).

Children

Our store is intended for purchasers 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; player-name labels on team orders are provided by the adult purchaser.
