Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order on alohamitts.com you agree to these terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a team or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Custom products

Custom gloves are made to order to your specifications — position, size, leather, colors, text, and logos as shown in your order confirmation. Please review your design carefully before paying: the confirmation email and 3D design link reflect exactly what we will build. Slight variations in leather grain and color are natural and not defects.

3. Special-order requests

Special-order submissions are requests for a quote, not purchases. No payment is collected when you submit; we will contact you with pricing and timing, and no obligation exists on either side until you approve a quote and pay.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed by our secure payment processor at checkout; your order enters production only after payment succeeds. We may correct obvious pricing errors before production begins by offering you a refund or the corrected price.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to United States addresses only. Oʻahu customers may choose free local pickup or local delivery at checkout. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

• Before production: contact us as soon as possible at orders@alohamitts.com — orders not yet in production can be cancelled for a full refund.
• After production begins: because each glove is custom-made, made-to-order gloves are not returnable except for defects in materials or workmanship.
• Defects: report defects within 14 days of delivery with photos; we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
• Stock (pre-made) gloves: returnable unused in original condition within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

7. Uploaded content

You must own or have permission to use any logo or artwork you upload, and you grant us a license to use it solely to produce your glove. We may decline artwork that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
